Federal Corruption Part 1: When a thug cry

Growing up in the hood There was only two ways out, become an NFL player, or a Drug dealing King-pin! My mama always said to me, Son stay in school, but what I needed, school didn't teach. "Street- ology" The tools I needed as a black man to survive. On how to stay ahead of the game and how to dodge the white man with badges. They say call 911 when you needed help, but I learned to run when I saw the cops coming because they were the enemy. I call them soul collectors! They didn't understand my life, my pain, my Strife. The streets took care of me and in return, I took care of my family! Had I been a killer or Rapist, I'd be set free but now I'm serving time for the same drugs, the same cops supplied to me! I call it federal corruption.
