Writing from the heart can have a lot of emotions sneaking into your words, but I guess everyone can say that they write from their heart. Whether it's a drink at the bar down the street, or sitting next to a hospital bed holding vigil, words can strike you at the most random times. You also don't choose when the words strike you. You only choose whether you want to strike back and write them down.
