Energy Efficiency South Asia: Opportunities for Sector Transformation in Bloomington, MN

This report reviews the energy landscape in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka with the aim of supporting improved energy efficiency in these countries and the rest of South Asia.
