Maya had only one emotion it seemed now, anger. The rest of the time she was just on auto-pilot just getting by. She had longed to feel something other than anger. She wanted to feel emotions like, love, hope, joy, or any of the other fabulous emotions she had felt as a living being.
Landry had watched Maya look for him those three hours; he had stayed out of sight from her. He had assumed that she was probably harmless but he was confused as to why a ghost was trying to find him. He didn't know what a ghost would want with a vampire anyhow. After watching her, he had become very curious about this ghost and so he followed Maya without her knowing. To Landry Maya seemed to contradict what very little he thought he knew about ghost and spirits.
"You..." She gasped as her eyes widened. "What are you? You moved faster than any man I've seen before?" She pressed as he continued to touch her cheek gently. "Ah!" Maya gasped. She was shock that she could feel his touch. She was unable to feel another's touch since she died, until now.
