Elegy Landscapes: Constable and Turner the Intimate Sublime

Renowned poet Stanley Plumly, who has been praised for his “obsessive, intricate, intimate and brilliant” ( ) nonfiction, explores immortality in art through the work of two impressive landscape artists: John Constable and J.M.W.
