When a cartel leader becomes ill and realizes he is in need of a organ transplant, he moves his operation to the Hampton Roads area. Hoping to use his power to manipulate the current donation process and acquire the organs he needs to live. The man known by street lure as the Wolf, targets the Virginia based organ bank Search Life and its employees. Willing to stop at nothing to restore his health before his time runs out, he and his faction unleash carnage the area has yet to witness.
