Dreamland by Dreamland was written by a physician and her young daughter to help families deal with loss. Whether the loss of connection or the loss of a loved one, meeting in Dreamland, allows Niyah and her mother to share whimsical joy and each other. Dr. Dosanjh-Lalli is a family physician from British Columbia who is passionate about primary care, mental health advocacy, youth empowerment and leadership. As a wife and mother to three awe-inspiring daughters, Niyah, Azaria and Ariyana, Dr. Dosanjh-Lalli understands firsthand what it means to balance career with life’s immense challenges. Niyah K. Lalli is the eldest of three sisters. Her inquisitive spirit and robust imagination led to the creation of Dreamland after the loss of a loved one. Both mother and daughter are committed to creating small ripples of change and leaving the world a bit better place than they found it.
