Dominos of Deception

The Dominos of Deception are on the trail of a monster whose duplicity was unleashed in Ms. Massengill's first novel, Storm over Guantanamo. A domino is a cape used by masqueraders to create an ambience of deception. Intelligence agents wrap themselves in similar cloaks-false names, occupations, and agendas-as they seek to find and eliminate their adversaries. As we follow their adventures, we sometimes ask ourselves this question: Do our heroes have a life outside the shadowy world of espionage? Gee Wiley's family-a multinational team of spooks-is hot on the trail of the Burned Man, a terrorist who plans to attack a nuclear power plant on Florida's West Coast. Without warning Gee becomes the center of a whirlwind buffeted by assassins, rogue agents, and mad academicians. As the action moves to western Massachusetts, his safety depends on Wild Boy, the Scimitar of Allah, and the Redheaded Smokestack.
