Discipline is an acquired skill and must be practiced in all areas of our lives. We become free in our souls when we live a life guided by the Lord's discipline. This book describes the gracious help I received from God to overcome my health battles. With the Lord's help, I recovered from the effects of a stroke and the need to lose over ninety pounds to regain my health.
