Dichotomy of me' is a short anthology of poetry, written in a year, to reflect a mother's experience of the highs and lows of motherhood, alongside mental health struggles. Honest and open, with darkness and light, the reader is invited to come on the journey with the poet and climb the hurdles of life but also see the small beauties that are always there.
