Okay, I've been going through this grief thing since my father left us. I've gone through fear, anger, and denial. But, I didn't figure on depression. It really threw me for a loop. You see, I ended up having to spend Saturday's with my father. Then one day, I was told I had to sleep over at his apartment. I'm almost 12. Give me a break. But . . . oh yeah, there's a b-u-t . . . things went downhill from there. Guess what my Dad did? HE WENT AND GOT HIMSELF A GIRLFRIEND. No kidding. How crazy is that? He's my dad. He's my mother's husband, not some lady's boyfriend. Well, I guess it was just too much to handle, because I found myself not wanting to do anything. I mean nothing, not even getting out of bed. Then Grief Monster paid me a visit. He said I was in a depression and had to fight back.
