A cunning supermodel is questioned over the series of homicides as a man and a woman struggle to break free from a mysterious prison where nothing is what it seems. Matt and Kate have awoken in a dark prison with no idea where they're at or how they got there. The one thing that they both know is that they need to escape, but there's a hungry wolf stalking the halls and a hideous monster stalking them from afar. Later, after encountering a malevolent zombie surgeon and being placed in the chopping block by an executioner with a mobile electric chair, Kate inexplicably wakes up to find that this was just the beginning of her nightmare. When Kate walks into a room with a vacuum tube for sending messages, she activates the machine and receives pictures of five people. Meanwhile, on the outside, police detectives question stunning fashion model Raquel Lake about a rash of gruesome homicides. The questions being asked to Rachel serve as a strange parallel to the events simultaneously unfolding in the prison, and when she is shown a series of photographs featuring five dead people things quickly start to get strange.
