The result, according to the correlation coefficient of 0.837 which, according to the established parameters, determined the relationship between variables, there was a positive and high relationship, with a degree of significance (bilateral) of 0.000 which, being less than the expected alpha (Sig. < 0.05) we proceeded to accept the research hypothesis, concluding that: employees are not prepared to confront this pandemic, causing them to put the entire institution at ergonomic risk; that is, the greater the fear of COVID-19, the greater the ergonomic risk.
