Coral: The Prodigy Series

Coral is a mermaid who possesses utter beauty and intelligence. She comes from the Wave family, a lineage which deals with trades and information by going to the human world. Realizing how little, if not outdated, the information they receive from merpeople delegates sent on land, Coral wishes to walk with humans and gather as much new and interesting information she could get for her people. Thus, when she learns that the rules of the One Wish Gala have been changed for which the ultimate winner would be granted one wish, Coral immediately signs up. With determination in her heart, along with her exceptional physical strength, guts, and brains, Coral is hailed the winner. Her wish is granted and with the aid of a few knowledgeable mermaids, Coral temporarily leaves her beloved family and her city behind to succumb to her fate in England....
