Cooperative Legal System

The book "Cooperative Legal System" is organized into three parts in a detailed manner so as to enable you to acquaint with the application of legal provisions relating to cooperative enterprise. Part I deals with the general framework and guidelines of cooperative legislation. Part II presents the development of cooperative law in Ethiopia during Imperial Government and Derg Regime. Part III discusses the development of cooperative law in Ethiopia during Transitional Government (At Present).
