Conversations with Spirit: Awakening the Heart in Challenging Times in Bloomington, MN

This series of essays arose over the 10 years between 2015-2025, a decade that involved a big move and personal change. With its ocean, forests, and incredible natural vitality, British Columbia accelerated spiritual development that had been ongoing for decades. A clinical psychologist for over a decade, Dr. Vibeke Vaerum writes from her experience of awakening in this sacred land and shares her understanding of this process, which involves opening heart consciousness and co-creating with the intelligence of the whole.
