Can you imagine not having soap, shampoo, or other basic hygiene products? This was a reality for so many people in a school in their community that Alex and DeAnna Reynolds developed a way that hygiene supplies could secretly be placed in kids backpacks without risking kids being embarrassed. Since the program started, they have helped over 10,000 people. They have worked with local hospitals, rehab centers, veterans homes, foster home placement centers, and so many people that needed a clean start.
In 2016, at the age of 10 and 6 a brother and sister find a way to help an individual in their community. This small effort resulted in the development of a thriving non-profit, Clean Start. It is the writers hope, that by sharing their story more kids will be inspired to help those in their communities.
