What is the Citadel you may ask? Well, simply put, the Citadel is a place for people to live. It is a vast city these days, always busy with the sounds of laughter and joyous recreation. One could walk across the causeway that leads directly to the high towers in the very center of the Citadel and ask a complete stranger for a meal, and most likely would get such a feast, for we find it quite fulfilling to aid those less fortunate than ourselves, ultimately resulting in the spreading of goods throughout the city. In other words, the good nature of us humans practically lead the city itself, having no real source of a higher authority. Well, there was of course the council, who would gather every day atop the three central high towers where matters of production and the state of the city’s well-being would be discussed, but like I was saying, no amount of mischief ever needed attending to, for we knew there would always be someone watching.
