CHICKEN-FRIED STEAK SPECIALTIES in Bloomington, MN

Every Thursday night for three years, I experimented like a mad scientist with different seasonings to see if I could come up with the ultimate Chicken-Fried Steak, my favorite vegetable. Herein are to be found 23 of my favorite concoctions, along with 3 generic gravies. Not your standard Chicken-Fried's, the 23 to be found here use gourmet seasonings such as tellicherry pepper and kosher salt, though these are not a requirement. This is for those who see CFS as a food group unto itself.
