This is a story of a young man who, at the age of twenty, ventured off to become an assistant golf professional in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in the early 1970's. His desire to work in the golf industry as a club professional burned deeply in his soul.
As fate would have it, after five years, he was at a crossroads in his career; continue on as a golf professional or change course by testing the waters of professional golf.
