Charlotte Makes A Splash in Bloomington, MN

Charlotte is a happy young girl who loves many things- her family and friends, riding her scooter, drawing and painting and taking dance lessons. But she is afraid of the water. When she sees others enjoying the pool, she feels sad and left out. Her mom helps her to believe in herself and motivates her to try swim lessons.
