In the land of the polar bears, all is fun on playgrounds of sparkly ice. But things were not always so sunny. Once, the fearsome hydra, Harley Hoarfrost, threatened the polar bears. Charley and Diana, two magical cubs, are able to defeat Harley. When Charley’s special powers cause problems for her friends, she runs away.
