Chaotic Poems: Learning to Live with Mental Illness in Bloomington, MN

Chaotic Poems is a poetry book about living with mental illness. This book compiles all the poems I have written since I was 14 in a psychiatric hospital to now at age 21. I hope this book will help people understand the struggles as well as help people feel less alone. Chaotic poems shows what it's like for someone living with a chronic mental disorder such as bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, etc. This book can be triggering but it truly does show what is inside a mind of turmoil and shows a mind full of growth. This book is my way of displaying my emotions at a given point in time when my mouth could not speak. Chaotic poems helped me express myself in a way I thought not possible.
