After his girlfriend's life is taken, a teenaged boy (Jack) keeps his vow to her (Heather) and makes it his priority to always be there for her little sister (Lisa). Jack does not want Lisa to suffer the same fate as her older sister. While Lisa is struggling with her mental illness and loss, she is determined to discover the truth about what really happened to Heather.
