Castaway in Bloomington, MN

Castaway follows 16 year-old Will Cruz as he travels across the country to reunite with his younger brother, Samuel, after his parents divorce split them apart. Early into his journey, he'll realize that the trip would not be as easy as he thought. Although he makes friends on his adventure, he soon realizes that traveling alone through modern America is a much large challenge when he is met with crime, racism, and abuse. Throughout his journey Will must fight his way through the loss, pain, and segregation he faces everyday, while also balancing new friendships, his undying preservation to reunite with his brother, and even love.
