Jack left the CIA after a failed operation. Wanting to put his failure behind him, he went to Mexico and opened a bar. But, unfortunately, his younger brother Ryan came knocking at his door escaping from dangerous criminals wanting their heroine. Now, Jack and his brother must make a run for the border to escape for their lives.
