Cellulite is often just an annoying blemish, but it can become a real pathology, the causes of which are multiple; consequently, the approach to cure and treat it must be multidisciplinary. In this work, I have condensed the fruit of the knowledge I have acquired in leading medical publications, in the training courses in which I have taken part in prestigious academies, but above all those learned in the field, having had the opportunity to train and follow people of all ages.Cellulite afflicts about 90 percent of women: such an impactful problem needs a work that treats and addresses it in a scientific way that is yet easily accessible to all. That's why I have structured this guide with a "very practical" outlook, that is, with concrete examples on how to take action to counter this annoying blemish before it becomes a full-blown disease.
