In the not-too-distant future, the streets of Tokyo are running rampant with crime. Every citizen is allowed to carry a weapon for protection. To deal with those who abuse the law, the organization RAPT polices the streets. There is a reckless and deadly group of four "angels," however, who strike fear into the hearts of both criminals and RAPT: Meg, Sei, Jo, and Amy. These lovely and violent mercenaries are a source of both titillation and terror to everyone?including Kyohei, their young cook.
