A sociopathic criminal named Gunter Vogler (Max E. Williams) is shot only to wake up with the visage of a police officer he had personally slain, thanks to a radical face transplant. Now forced to work for the police and turn against his former allies, Gunter vows to wreak vengeance upon the entire human race.
