A special kind of memoir. Grandad has all the best cowboy stories. Growing up in southern Utah on cattle ranches, serving in world war two and herding sheep on the Henry mountains, all have given him wonderful life experiences, but there's more to his stories, and more to him than his granddaughter could have guessed. There is human suffering, weakness, forgiveness and miraculous strength. And there is death. Where these qualities exist there is also God.
