Me, Myself, and I are three fractions of a whole. Together, they learn about seeing the world in different ways. In "Breathe", they learn how to deal with some pretty strong emotions of sadness, anger, and fear. Me, Myself, and I address talking about their feelings healthily and practicing calming down techniques. They discuss that even though life is hard sometimes, they should always keep hope that there are better days ahead.
