Hope Linh Sadonni has been able to see the future since she was a small child, and the visions have never been wrong. When she sees a vision of a raging inferno and blood on her hands, she's right to be afraid. She needs to interpret the vision before it can happen if she stands the slightest chance of stopping it.
Before Hope can get started, however, she discovers that she's just been charged with a crime she never committed. She and her friend Mason Alkan are on the run from the law, searching for proof of their innocence as well as answers to the vision.
