To create this new eyeshadow palette, black|Up drew its inspiration from Africa. The palette is composed of 12 new universally flattering shades in a mix of matte and metallic finishes. Highly pigmented, they will complement every skin tone. The shade names are a tribute to the languages of the African continent.
