Helen can hear the tinny warped notes it plays and is visited by the spirit of a young girl called Ella. The story begins to unfold as her dreams reveal more of Ella's story, but she isn't alone. Grandpa Arthur is with her and with him comes nightmares and trouble. Helen calls on Scott Miller the paranormal investigator, and he enlists the help of medium friend Nick Keller. They help Helen to ground and protect herself, whilst trying to help her find the music box.
