Bethany Blair and the Bugs in her Hair

Bethany Blair is a story about a girl who doesn't quite fit in. She loves lying out in nature and is welcoming to the little bugs that are drawn to her curly locks. These little bugs are beautiful to her and she truly enjoys their company. But her bugs are not so popular in her classroom and, once the children find out about them, Bethany becomes an outcast. Her story is one of overcoming a, sometimes, unkind world and never losing hold of who you are. Despite the negativity she receives from her classmates, Bethany never deviates from her kind heart. She is always lead to do what she feels is right, even towards those who have only shown her unkindness. Through Bethany's actions and unrelenting kindness, she is able to show those around her a more beautiful way of life. And by the end of this book, your children will be able to see that too.
