Steve Murdock was decompressing after completing a difficult marine construction project in Puerto Rico when he ran into his old friend from college days Miguel in the Marlin Marina restaurant at Palm Beach Inlet. Little did he know then that he would be in Mexico the next day deeply involved with his friend's unusual project, and his sister.
