Ben Wayne and The Vaunted

At seventeen, Nebulas "Ben" Wayne has it all figured out. Not the normal things like driving a car, having a girlfriend, or graduating from high school. Ben doesn't have time for normal. He's laser focused on what he thinks is his true purpose in life: tracking down his fugitive father. When Ben was a small child, John, his father, murdered four people and poisoned Ben, confining him to a wheelchair. This burning desire for revenge ignited when, a few years ago, Ben suddenly regained the ability to walk. Soon after, he began having enhanced abilities as well. Convinced the Universe wants him to bring his father to justice, Ben, with help from his best friend Remi, gets closer and closer to tracking down John's location. But the more they learn, the more they discover that John may not be the monster they think he is. In fact, John may be the reason Ben can do these incredible things. Ben soon learns he must set his personal vendetta aside because everything he knows, everything he loves, everything normal, may soon be gone.
