ZURI, your average thirteen year old girl from D.C. learns that she belongs to an ancient African tribe called Zenzi. After hearing a fictional story of her ancestors, she discovers that maybe there is more truth to the story than myth. On her journey to find answers she must use her intellect and courage to find her purpose and what it means to be a Zenzi.
