The Book of Hebrews instructs us that after "leaving the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith towards God, of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgement. And this we will do if God permits." (Hebrews 6:1-3). Back To Basics presents these six foundational teachings from Hebrews in a Theological and practical way. Original Greek and Hebrew word meanings are outlined and practical applications for growth are presented. This book is designed for personal and group study with the goal of becoming a committed disciple of Jesus, moving on to maturity, and discipling others in fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
