B Encouraged: The Journal

Thank You First and foremost, I would like to thank you for purchasing this journal. My hope and prayers are that you will recognize patterns in your life that need to be changed, but more importantly, you will strengthen your relationship with God. My Journey back to journaling As a young girl, I used to have my mom purchase me a diary so that I can share my heart in secret to God. I found that writing things out helped me better understand the fierce battle in my mind. As I grew older, I stopped writing as much because I didn't really want to face the truth of what was happening within. I was genuinely broken-hearted because of different things that transpired in my life. After years of drowning in my thoughts, I started back journaling. I expressed my heart, prayers, hurt, rejection, and desires to God. I began to see a shift in my life almost immediately. God is so faithful! Encouragement I admonish you to take time each day, quiet your heart, and talk to God with a pen to paper. Be as transparent as possible, as this is the only way to really see and understand what is buried in your heart. As women, we tend to bury the stuff that is too tough to face. But I implore you to dig deep. When you do, I believe that the truth from God's word will flush out the embarrassment, shame, guilt, regret, and forgiveness, replacing those emotions with comfort and hope.
