Arctic Wolf in Bloomington, MN

Despite its thick fur, you can see how elegantly built the Arctic wolf is. It certainly needs such thick fur, because it can get very cold in the Arctic, where it lives. The white fur is so warm that it can withstand temperatures down to -94 °F. A real survivor! The Arctic wolf pricks up its pointed ears and watches closely with its beautiful, amber-colored eyes to see what’s going on. Is the pack getting ready to leave? That’s fine, because it's hungry.
