Annalisa

It is 1885 and Annalisa Campo is a teacher when the love of her life, Alex, immigrates to America. After she decides she cannot refuse his invitation to join him in the land of opportunity, Annalisa accepts her uncle's generous offer to pay for her passage to Oregon. As soon she boards the ship, Annalisa's adventures begin. After she is befriended by the widowed ship's captain, Annalisa becomes a victim of food poisoning and thieves.
