Have you ever wanted to give up? For me it was an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis but for you it may be something completely different that halted you in your tracks and took away your desire to keep moving forward. This book was written to provide help, enlightenment, support and encouragement for days you feel like giving up. I want you to know that you are seen and are important to God. It is my intent for this book to give you light and hope in darkness. Through my diagnosis, life disappointments and challenges I've found that God is the same God and is in control of our lives. He will put divine appointments in place to help us throughout our course of life, however we must activate our faith and trust Him. I make a conscious decision every day to not only survive but thrive so I can help others to do the same. God gave me a will to live and I want the same for you. Thank you for taking this journey with me.

Her purpose is to support and inspire those experiencing a cancer diagnosis, life obstacles, or in a caregiving role to live with greater self-awareness, new perspective and self-empowerment through life coaching. In addition,
