An Angel on the Antenna in Bloomington, MN

The FBI and The DEA team up again as Bob Foreman chases a murderer and Brandy tracks down a drug ring. Bob walks a thin line between jurisdictions as the murders occur in three counties in two different states, but he would rather work with the local authorities than step on their toes by commandeering their cases. The key to almost any murder is in the motive, but there doesn't seem to be one no matter how many people die.
