Set amongst a backdrop of politics and pop culture, Ambition explores the concepts of loyalty, relationship, legacy and redemption. It chronicles the journey of four extraordinary men as they pursue their share of the American Dream. Eric, Danny and Steven, all products of common father figure Mick O'Brien's guidance, have reached the top of their respective professions and find themselves at a common mid-life crossroads in their lives when they reunite to celebrate Mick's eighty-fifth birthday in their hometown of Bend, Oregon. One "big idea" later and the three are off on an ambitious quest for the presidency that winds and weaves dramatically through the trenches of family, office and national politics.
