Soon, he encounters a lovely Indian student, who is a teacher of a mystic love cult - Quiedi. She teaches him all of the art of Quiedi. His life is involved with hilarious moments, serious romances, social ills, frightful psychic encounters, tragedy, and finally, he becomes aware of his own fragility.
