Lacie Parker is a perfectly happy high school choir teacher. She enjoys life being completely organized and controlled. Her private life is filled with family and community service, and she is so busy working with others that she always puts herself as her last priority. Foster Talbot is a successful businessman. He frequently finds himself on business trips or playing tennis at his country club. Women tend to throw themselves at him without him even noticing. His life gets interrupted when his best friend, Toby Parker, asks him for a favor to drive his sister home from work when her car breaks down. Little does he know what she would mean to him. The only problem will be finding time to get to know this fascinating woman. Lacie thinks Foster is handsome, intelligent, and every woman's dream.
