The world's been kind of a mess ever since that one weekend when the legions of hell invaded and the nuclear war was fought and the robots did their whole uprising thing. The killer plague wasn't much help either, as it did very little to raise people's spirits and actually pissed quite a few of them off. But this was also the only world that Leith Evergreen had ever known, and she wasn't about to let it go without a fight. So when her mother is kidnapped by an evil vampire with an equally evil name to match, it is up to her, a stereotypical and uncreatively written bounty hunter, and a playboy demon to get her back. Because Patricia Evergreen holds the secret to humankind's demise, a secret that the fiendish Countess Murderousa wants for herself... The apocalypse just got a lot more apocalypse-ier.
