A Friend for Sidney

God uses Sidney, the unwanted skunk, just the way he made him. He shows that Sidney can overcome his abnormality, (of being a smelly skunk), by becoming something positive...a friend!! Sidney offers his friendship to Beatrix Bunny and the other characters as well. Sidney realizes that he has enough kindness, patience, humbleness, and loyalty to share. This all points towards the subject of believing in oneself. Self esteem is the main theme and moral of the story. Sidney does have a purpose in this world after all! Vivid color illustrations.
