A Forest of Diamonds

After composing poetry for nearly 20 years, releasing a book of poems only makes sense if it is going to be the first of many! A Forest of Diamonds - the first exposed branch of a Poetic Tree spanning universes - winks at many other branches of books that will see the light in the near or far future.Whether it is the mysteries of love and the universe, the musical instruments within (flesh or soul), the shifts of human continents or something as small as the bubble of a grin, poems converse through the waterfalls of moments, luminous in the reader's presence, yet often dark in their deliverance; every day we sing not only of what lies ahead, but what is endangered, forgotten, hidden or unconfessed. Ashes and rainbows meet in the blessed and tortured 'I' of the human (and alien) condition, from the fleshy cradle to the ravages of cruelty and war and the road not made. Where do we place our trust? In the lovers' ticking rain? The poems' pages? The Night that looms over us all? Readers must discover their own answers, whether it be in the paradise dew of sacred moments, the wind of memories, or where Giants walk.
